    • In the process of designing and selection of AC Equipment, we take proper care of our clients by using advanced LG Software including LATS HVAC, and LATS CAD.
    • LATS HVAC is a design tool for 4 different systems:  Multi V, Multi F, Single Zone and ERV.
    • LATS CAD is a drawing plug-in to AutoCAD.
    1. HAP Load – cooling capacity
    • Performing heat load using HAP Software.
    • Hourly Analysis Program (HAP) is a computer tool that assists engineers in designing HVAC systems for commercial buildings.
    • Estimating loads and designing systems.
    • Simulating building energy use and calculating energy costs.
    1. Unit layout
    • In the initial stage and for each client we arrange the unit as per design or proposal from Shaker’s side.
    • We utilize specific techniques and equipment tailored to each individual design.
    1. Piping and communication layout
    • We prepare refrigerant piping along with Communication layout.
    • We provide proper design, maintenance and operation.  
    • Our vital role lies in meeting the basic needs of your facility.
    1. Schematic Drawings
    • We provide schematic drawings of the offered AC equipment.
    • It includes key information and oversimplified elements in order to make instructions of AC equipment easier to grasp.
    1. Lifecycle Cost Comparison Analysis (LCC)

We are keen to perform LCC analysis for those who need it with the most efficient tools and using LG’s energy software

Through this, we provide energy management functions.

    1. Equipment Site Delivery
    • Shaker core advantage is its ability to deliver its customer’s equipment and services at a fast pace. Whether the project is fast-tracked or delayed, our operating model is flexible enough to accommodate your needs.
    • We perform a technical test and quality check of the equipment at the time of delivery
    1. Installation Trainings
    • We provide customized training to clients, be it contractors or end-users.

    • Our aim is to make a practical understanding of our equipment and to explain why they are used in different areas and applications.
    1. Supervision on Installation
    • since each project is important for us, we assign a dedicated Engineer at the site for supervision of installation confirming whether its meets Shaker and LG quality standards.
    • Our supervisor will check the surrounding equipment, systems, and controls.
    • Our supervisor will provide advice on start-up procedures, installation, and piping
    1. Testing & Commissioning along with Startups of Units
    • Once installation is completed, we provide testing and commissioning of all units.
    • Our team makes sure to check services provided and different systems enduring.
    • We ensure that our team execution complies with the client’s requirements and serves the intended function to a satisfactory level.
    1. Total Management Services (TMS)
    • In our management process, we focus on forecasting errors in advance through the comprehensive management system. Total Management Service (TMS) is a system linked to LG Multi V systems. LG’s AC equipment, when connected to TMS, includes the ability to monitor the units’ real-time operation, which helps predict faults/malfunctions in advance.
